Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Jain Pathshala By Preety is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim.
